Strawberry & Banana Chia Pudding Parfait

Ingredients:

For The Strawberry & Banana Chia Pudding Parfait:

2 tropical banana medley Outshine® bars

1 cup milk

2 tablespoons agave

4 whole strawberris + 4 strawberries cut into little chunks

13 cup chia seeds

1 banana sliced

For homemade Granola:

2 cups rolled oats

1/4 cup coconut oil

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon cardamom

1/4 teaspoon almond extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

2 tablespoons flaked almonds


Instructions:

For The Strawberry & Banana Chia Pudding Parfait

1. Add the tropical banana medley Outshine® bars, milk, and agave, and 4 strawberries to a blender and blend till smooth

2. Then pour into a bowl and stir in the chia seeds

3. Refrigerate this Strawberry & Banana Smoothie/Chia mix for at least 4 hours

3. When set, alternate layers of Strawberry & Banana Chia Pudding mix with granola (homemade granola recipe below) and strawberries and fresh sliced bananas in parfait bowls.

For homemade Granola:

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

2. Mix rolled oats, coconut oil, honey, brown sugar, cardamom, almond extract, cinnamon, and flaked almonds together in a bowl.

3. Then spread out on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes. Then, mix/flip granola and bake another 15 minutes. Then let cool and break apart when cool.
