Maitake with Spinach & Prawns Miso Cream Udon

Maitake mushroom - 50gm

Spinach - 1 spring

Prawn - 5~6 pieces

Cooking oil - some

Butter - 1 teaspoon

Dashi stock - 120cc

Whipping cream - 100cc

Frozen Udon - 1 bag


[ Seasonings ]

Salt - some

Black pepper - some

Mirin - 1 teaspoon

Soy sauce - 1/2 teaspoon

Miso - 15gm
