Ingredients:
Biscuits 120g
Melted butter 60g
Cream cheese 400g
Sugar 120g
Sour cream 200g
Heavy cream 150ml
Eggs 2
Corn starch 2 tbsp
Vanilla extract 1.5 tsp
Lemon juice 1/4
Procedures:
1. Mixed melted butter and biscuits.Put the mixture in cake mold and press it evenly in the mold. Wrap the outside of the cake mold with aluminum foil. Refrigerate until hard.
2. Add sugar to softened cream cheese and mix well and then add sour cream and mix again.
3. Add heavy cream and 2 eggs and mixed well, put in corn starch, vanilla extract and lemon juice mix again.
4. Pour the mixture in the cake mold.
5. With hot water, bake the cake at 180C for 30mins and then 150C for another 30 mins. When time is up, turn off the oven leave the cheesecake inside the oven for 1 hr.
6. When the cake is cooled down, put the cake in refridgerator for at least 6 hours
.
Berries sauce:
200g frozen berries, 40g sugar, 1tbsp water microwave 4 mins, filted the mixture.
